Climb no. 4 Tarak Ridge of Mt. Mariveles

September 25-26, 2010: marks my fourth climb and my first major mountain according to Pinoymountaineer.com scale of 4/9 difficulty.

Am a noob and was looking for more climbs because I did really enjoy the previous minor climbs I had, Pico de Loro, Mt. Balagbag and Mt. Batulao.  I was truly infected by the hiker’s itch as they call it, and once you got it- there’s no cure for it.  Climbs will absolutely be followed by more climbs.

On searching facebook, I got to search Julius Estrado who introduced me to Al del Barrio of the Voyagers Adventure club.

The list of participants in this climb are: Ricky Masangcay, Kareen Enriquez, Jeffrey Chua Manuzon, Gerard Philip So Chan, Phil Handang, Jhopay Acuna, Jomel Acuna, Eugene Rosete, Al Del Barrio, Eduardo Santiago Bedural Jr., Yan Salles, Precious Aceveda, Miho Hazama, Gem Cruz-Otico, Shane Kara Dela Cruz, Jec Soriano, Mylene Tolentino Platon, Agnes Robel, Kat Solmayor, Jon Lombs, Emj Babaran, Rodger Ignacio, Daytutos Danger, Bem Bem, Miichaeel Gapann and Lakan Bunyi.

About Eduardo Bedural Jr.

Ed -an awesome husband to Sha and father to one bouncing toddler. Simple, conservative, very few words, straightforward but prudent, helpful, a bit dreamy, and loves nature especially the mountains. Believes that everything should be done according to the will of God the creator.
